Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is just one block away from the beach and features a large private enclosed patio deck with a fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. You'll find stainless steel appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, along with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed and a private TWIN bed area, a GAME ROOM with a convertible pool/ping pong/hockey table, a 40-inch Smart TV, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a KING bed, a 28-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a private full bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a doorway to the patio deck with an enclosed fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all of our Smart TVs offer access to your own Netflix and Hulu accounts. For your comfort and convenience, we provide a beach wagon and chairs, as well as other amenities. CHECK-OUT TIME: Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 10AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding. NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited. NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied. TV/Internet: All TVs are smart TCL TVs. The TV is managed by one Roku remote. There will be a $50 fine for each lost remote. DEPARTURE: Upon departure, please ensure the following: * PLEASE LEAVE ALL SHEETS, COMFORTERS, BLANKETS, AND PILLOWS ON THE BEDS. * The shared outdoor swimming pool is managed by the complex and typically opens between March and October/November. The pool maintenance schedule is not controlled by the owners/hosts. No refunds will be given if the pool is closed due to weather or maintenance. * Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties held within our property or the gated community. Guests who violate this policy will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit. * Wi-Fi is provided but may be affected by weather conditions, and we cannot guarantee its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is unavailable. * Our townhouse is not located behind the noisy train tracks like many other rentals in the same complex. You can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on your vacation. * We are centrally located in the complex and just a few steps from the outdoor swimming pool. Our gated community is only one block away from the beach and conveniently close to many casinos.
