Our three beautifully appointed bedrooms feature plush bedding and flat-screen smart TVs, and the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious shower and a view of the lake. The living room and dining area are perfect for relaxing, and our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. But the real highlight of our Airbnb is the large game room with plenty of seating and unique features like egg chair swings. We take security seriously and have exterior cameras surrounding the house, but we respect our guests' privacy and do not have any cameras inside. CHECK-OUT TIME: Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 10AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding. NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited. NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied. PARKING: There are plenty of FREE parking on driveway of the house and across the street at the empty lots TRASH: This is a regular detached single family home. So trash collection occurs on MONDAY morning. The large GREEN and BROWN trash bins are at the front of the house. The small green bin is for recyclable trash. USE OF PREMISES: You will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules regarding the use of the premises. We request that you comply with all Owner’s set rules as follows: Quiet Enjoyment. You shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the Property. You shall not commit or permit any nuisance, noxious, offensive, immoral or illegal act on the Property. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with all monies paid forfeited. Smoking Guidelines. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside. Any smoking detected in the house will result in deposits forfeited. Pets. Pets are NOT allowed on the property FURNISHINGS: The Property is furnished by the Owner. The Property is equipped for light housekeeping, towels, and linens. The kitchen is equipped with: a coffeemaker, blender, utensils, steak knives, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, etc. We also provide an iron and an iron board. You will be liable for any damage and/or missing items. Please ensure to bring your own body wash and shampoo as we do not provide those items. TV/INTERNET: All TVs are smart TCL TVs. The TV is managed by one Roku remote. There will be a $50 fine for each lost remote. DEPARTURE: Upon departure, please ensure the following: * PLEASE LEAVE ALL SHEETS, COMFORTERS, BLANKETS, AND PILLOWS ON THE BEDS. The cleaner will take care of these * That's it !! Have a nice day. As a reminder, our property is strictly a no-party zone. Any guests found to be holding parties or hosting events will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement, and their deposit money will be forfeited. We provide Wi-Fi as a complimentary amenity, but please note that weather conditions can affect its performance. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if the Wi-Fi is not available during your stay.
