Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is just one block away from the beach and features a large private enclosed patio deck with a fenced and COVERED patio with 2 egg chair swings, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. You'll find stainless steel appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, along with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the first bedroom comfortably sleeps 4-6 with TWIN-over-TWIN and TWIN-over-FULL size bunk beds, a 28-inch flat screen Smart TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a KING size bed, a 40-inch flat screen Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a 32-inch flat screen Smart TV, and a doorway to the patio deck. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all of our Smart TVs offer access to your own Netflix and Hulu accounts. For your comfort and convenience, we provide a beach wagon and chairs, as well as other amenities. CHECK-OUT TIME: Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 10AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding. NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited. NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied. TV/Internet: All TVs are smart TCL TVs. The TV is managed by one Roku remote. There will be a $50 fine for each lost remote. DEPARTURE: Upon departure, please ensure the following: * PLEASE LEAVE ALL SHEETS, COMFORTERS, BLANKETS, AND PILLOWS ON THE BEDS. Swimming Pool: The shared outdoor pool is managed by the community and typically operates from March through October or November, depending on weather conditions. Pool access and maintenance are overseen by the HOA, not by the property owners. Refunds cannot be issued if the pool is closed due to maintenance or weather. No Parties: We maintain a strict no-party policy within the property and the gated community. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the premises by local law enforcement, and all deposits and payments will be forfeited. Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that service may occasionally be affected by local weather conditions. While we strive to ensure stable connectivity, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for temporary outages. Train Noise: Our townhouse is located in Gulfport, Mississippi, where an active train line passes through the city several times daily. Train sounds may occasionally be heard—a normal and familiar part of life in the area. Southern Climate & Insects: The warm, humid Mississippi climate can attract insects, especially during rainy periods. Our home is serviced by professional pest control several times a month, though a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for the presence of occasional insects. Location: We’re centrally situated within a secure gated community, just steps from the pool, one block from the beach, and close to local casinos, restaurants, and attractions—a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
